There are people who would die of shock if they realized Annabelle could blush like that and actually look momentarily shy.

"Flatterer," she says with a grin.

She snorts at the mention of dirty looks. "They'll be in for a shock in a few weeks when it's swimming weather, then," she tells him with a wink. "Scandalous."

She's not disagreeing with him about going, though.
