"Nobody is shooting at us, that helps a lot." He knows there is not a choice sometimes: they are there because they decided to stop and fight.
Does not mean he has to like it.
Connor looks more casual now: the fishnet shirt was ditched soon, as very impractical, and any goth make-up is a thing of the past as well.
But he is out of his element.
