It's a long time later and they are curled up together, skin to skin, in bed. Annabelle is feeling like herself again, albeit a rather exhausted and worn out version of herself.
"I'm glad you figured things out so quickly," she confesses. "Even though having to be rescued in the first place is damn embarrassing."
