The other Hell pistol comes out as the room turns into chaos. The binomes attempting to flee are her first priority. If she can, she's going to shoot something into falling in front of the doors they're fleeing through. (One would presume that few binomes are trying to get through the door behind her.)
Otherwise, well, she'll have to do things the old-fashioned way....
